The Sequel Project was born out of Prue's desire to empower those of us who feel stuck in our stories.
We don't get to choose the story that we are born into but there comes a time when we get to choose what happens next.
The Sequel Project is a personal development, wellbeing program that is built around the idea that the story we are born into (our origin story) does not have to determine the course for the rest of our lives and that we can take responsibility for deciding what happens next..... our sequel.
Based on current research, the program presents psychosocial theory in a way that is easily understood by a wide variety of participants and offers plenty of practical strategies for turning that theory into daily practice.
